The City Waters enjoys a very central location in the centre of Perth near the River Swan. The shopping malls, Perth's CBD, and Barrack Street Jetty are just a short walk away.
The one-bedroom units have separate bathrooms with bath and shower. The kitchen is also separate with gas stove, hotplates, microwave oven and fridge. All crockery and cutlery is supplied along with a kettle and toaster. The main room is comfortably set out with built-in robes, dining area, colour T.V., air conditioning and telephone. There is sleeping for up to three adults or two adults and two children.
The hotel offers continental breakfast.
There is a small lobby with reception area that is opened from 7am to 9pm. All local tours and excursions can be booked from here. If you're expecting to arrive after 8:00 pm, please contact the hotel reception to obtain key code for apartments.
