The Penthouse Loft Apartment at Churchmans House is situated in the very heart of this beautiful Suffolk Town. It is a Landmark building lit with a stunning lighting design unmistakable in the night sky. The Penthouse is serviced by a private coded lift that takes you directly into the apartment entrance. A doorway then takes you into an oak floor, gallery styled hallway, laced with modern art and curved glass walls. The living area is 400 sq ft and combines a fully equipped bespoke kitchen with free standing range cooker, a stunning dining area with designer Italian table and chairs and lounge with huge comfy settees and a 48 TV. The lounge then leads onto an 800 sq ft terrace wrapping itself around three sides of the building furnished with oak tables, chairs and sun loungers. The three double bedrooms have large oakwood bespoke wardrobes and furniture and has its own en-suite fitted with shower, bath, sink and toilet. Each bedroom also accesses the terrace. For convenience the apartment also has its own laundry area with washer and dryer. For the business client the apartment is also equipped with a granite work desk and leather desk chair.
