The hotel is situated near Nuernberg's charming old town on a quiet side street overlooking a park.
The rooms are relatively simple but are clean and comfortable with modern furniture. On average they are small, and both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition.
The restaurant which is also on the first floor is a large airy room decorated in pale colours with modern furniture.
The entrance to the hotel is a particular feature of the hotel with marble steps and an attractive coved ceiling. The actual reception area is on the first floor and is small with limited seating. The colour scheme and subdued lighting make it look a little gloomy.
It is an attractive building, typical of German architecture of its era.
Please note, reception is closed from 11:00 pm to 06:30 am - please call in advance if you arrive later.
It is an ideal hotel for those on a budget.
