Offering lunch and dinner from our extensive menus served in the comfortably appointed Barlounge with its homely atmosphere, or the popular Orangery Restaurant, with a choice of fine wines carefully selected to compliment your meal, along with a good selection of traditional ales. Each of the 25 en suite bedrooms are all carefully designed and decorated to a high standard.

Directions
By road from the South and North A1(M) take junction 62 onto the A690 dual carriageway towards Sunderland for two miles then branch left to Fence Houses Rainton Bridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to the B1284 ( signposted Fence Houses) Continue forward on to the A1052 for 1 mile then take a left onto Blackboy Road Chilton travel for half a mile on the right .
