Cairns is an ideal base to explore the Barrier Reef, visit the Kuranda Rainforest and Scenic Railway and magnificent beaches at Palm Cove and Port Douglas.

Family Suites are located within the newly built wing of the property. They consist of a Premier and Studio room interconnecting, and therefore feature basic kitchenette facilities, modern furnishings and plenty of space. They have tiled floors and private bathrooms. They feature ceiling fans, fridge, a clock and TV with In-house movies.

The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and there are also self service outdoor BBQ facilities.

Check in for Family Suites still takes place in the central lobby area of the property, however there is a large entrance on the ground floor of the new wing with comofortable seating, allowing an extra space for guests in transit. Low rise building with a small swimming pool onsite, as well as undercover porch and BBQ area. A coin operated shared laundry is also available for guest use, as well as internet facilities, shower amenities (for check outs or early arrivals) and tour desk.
