By car, follow signs to city centre and seafront. At junction in front of Brighton Pier keep to left lane and take sharp left (signed to Rottingdean A259). Charlotte Street is 15th turning along Marine Parade with large brown brick Lanes Hotel on corner. Brighton Pavilions is half way up on right. NOTE ...
