A small friendly family run guest house ideally located just 40 yards from the Promenade and golden sands which have made Blackpool a much sought after holiday destination.The Beechwood is centrally placed and is ideal for both the Pleasure Beach and the famous Blackpool Tower.We offer a varied breakfast and evening meal menu and guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and service.Our rooms are En-suite with Flat screen Freeview TVs and tea and coffee making facilities.Blackpool has something to offer for all ages to enjoy, and we aim to help you have a wonderful t.ime.We pride ourselves on being able to give you the personal service and attention you deserve on your holiday.Although we are unlicensed premises, we do welcome you to bring your own alcohol.

Directions
Arriving into Blackpool from the M55 motorway go onto the A5230 dual carriageway sign posted progress way - continue towards the promenade onto Squires gate lane - past the airport on the left hand side heading towards the promenade and pleasure beach. Take the right hand turn onto the promenade heading towards the Tower go past the pleasure beach on your right hand side and the Sandcastle leisure centre on the left. Continue still heading towards the tower past the south pier, past the Lyndene (blue hotel on right) and just past turn right at the Arcadian onto to Trafalgar Road where we are situated on the left-hand side.
