Located outside the city centre, to the south of Vienna in a residential street. The hotel nevertheless has good transport links to the centre of town.
The rooms are on average, large in size although they do vary in size from standard business rooms up to apartments. All rooms are decorated in light colours and pleasantly furnished with all modern amenities including kitchenette and safe. Importantly, in order to use the kitchenette a charge of approximately 3.5 euros per day applies and is payable directly to the hotel.
Dinner for groups to be taken outside the hotel - normally at the hotel Bosei - there is no restaurant at this hotel.
The lobby is modern and decorated in light colours.
This is a new building and is modern brick in design.
The hotel is very well maintained.
