There is an intercom reception with immediate answer, and staff will attend to guests upon check-in and check-out and for any queries within 5 minutes of ringing throughout office hours. The owner resides in the sister guest house, which is just a few feet away, and is available via the intercom at all other times. With the Aston's 4-star sister hotel around the corner, the staff will always endeavour to upgrade guests during quiet periods at no extra cost.
