The Ashley Villa is a family run guest house situated 1.1 mile from the city centre of Bath. All 13 rooms have been decorated in a contemporary style with modern bath or shower rooms. Full English breakfast is prepared to order and served by friendly staff. All rooms have digital TV, telephone, hospitality tray, hairdryer and access to broadband wifi internet free of charge. The facilities include a licensed bar serving local ales and cidres, a cosy lounge opens on to a patio and garden area and the outdoor heated swimming pool. There is a large free car park. The guest house is non-smoking throughout. The centre of Bath is a level 20-25 minute walk or alternatively regular buses pass the guest house every 5-10 minutes. The Guest house is located near to several pubs and local restaurants. We are also within easy access of the RUH hospital, Bath Spa University and Bath Racecourse. A selection of rooms are available, singles, twins, doubles and family rooms. Discounts are offered for groups and off peak times.

Directions
From M4Exit at junction 18 onto A46 towards Bath.After 7 miles exit onto the A4 towards Bath.After 1.5 miles turn left at the traffic lights onto the A36, signposted Bristol A36 (A4).Follow the signs for Bristol A36 (A4) for about 3 miles then lookout for a BMW garage on the right (this is about half a mile past Sainsburys petrol station).At the BMW garage, keep in the right lane and turn right at the traffic lights onto Windsor Bridge Road.Turn left at the next lights onto Upper Bristol Road and at a further set of lights (Weston Pub) keep to the left lane and go straight on.Ashley Villa is about 100 yards on the right, just after the pedestrian crossing.
