The hotel is located in Offenbach, a suburb of Frankfurt, just fifteen minutes by public transport from the main station. The building is set back from a large main road, in its own gardens.
The rooms are large and very attractive, benefiting from good quality furnishings and a bold colour scheme. Modern artistic design influences are prevalent. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
The restaurant is located off the lobby, and is also modern and artistic. The overall effect is very striking, but warm and friendly.
The medium sized lobby is modern in style, with modern art adding a cultural touch.
The hotel incorporates, and is attached to, the old Offenbach municipal swimming pool building ( a listed building ) and the historical Buesing Palace, which is used for conferences. The hotel part of the building is very modern, although it still blends nicely with its historical surroundings.
The hotel is highly recommended. (03/08 LH)
