Close to Newcastle theatres, the arena, the sage building, Newcastle Quayside, many restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Gateshead Metrocentre and Newcastle city centre for shopping. Art galleries and museums are all within very easy access to the Northumberland coast. A minimum of 2 nights at the weekend and at Bank Holidays, a minimum of 3 nights stay. We are strictly a non-smoking establishment. If you smoke in our rooms a fee will be added to your account for the extra cleaning.

Directions
From the south:-Follow A1 north across Tyne bridge, and then follow signs for Tynemouth,coast, left hand lane turn left onto Osborne road, then half a mile to Fern Avenue on the right hand side.Adelphi is on your left hand side half way down Fern avenue.
