Luxury Self catering Apartment on the seventh floor with spectacular views over the River Mersey. From both the Living room and bedroom you can watch the famous Ferry across the Mersey. Within a short walk of the famous three graces, the Liver Building, Cunard Building and Port of Liverpool Building which have recently been granted World Heritage Status. Easy access to Grand National racecourse at Aintree and both Everton and Liverpool Football grounds.Many places of interest also include the Cavern Club where the Beatles performed.Also at the Albert Dock you will find the Beatles museum and many other places of interest.Good access to the new Liverpool One shopping complex which contains many superb restaurants for both lunchtime and evening.If you are attending a concert at the new Liverpool Echo Arena then you can be there in a Taxi in five minutes.A Sainsburys local store is a few minutes walk away for all your provisions.Both early booking and late check outs can normally be arranged direct with the owner as we appreciate that on a Sunday morning you sometimes just want to get over that hectic Saturday night!

The Apartment is located at 111,Old Hall Street which is at the very top of Old Hall Street.From Lime Street which is the main link into the city, The apartment is a 5 minute taxi ride.There is a Sainsburys shop within 1 minutes walk for all of your provisions as well a a Greggs bakery.The apartment building also benefits from a concierge service for any emergency.We welcome all parties from single people and couples to parties of 3 or 4 people or maybe Mum Dad with baby or toddler.The apartment has a good sized double bedroom with two double beds, a nicely proportioned living room which can seat six people and a bathroom consisting og full bath and shower(over bath).Its location is ideal for access to all areas of the city and is a tranquil retreat away from the main bustle of the city centre.
