Hotels   Guide

Ripon Racecourse is a horse racing venue located in Ripon, North Yorkshire, England.  It has been used for horse racing for more than 300 years and is nicknamed the Garden Racecourse.

The course is located in one of the country's most picturesque, and unusual, cities. Boasting a medieval cathedral, the small bustling market town is actually one of the oldest cities in England.

At the course itself, there is a giant screen, which is housed opposite the main stand, and provides close-up action of the thundering hooves during races. The screen also broadcasts every race from each of the other meetings being held that day across the country.
