Beverley Racecourse is situated on The Westwood, about a mile away from the town of Beverley in East Yorkshire. The racecourse is approximately 1 mile 3 furlongs round, with a steep uphill finish. There are three different enclosures, the Premier Enclosure (£19) allows access anywhere on the racecourse, apart from the private boxes and has a smart dress code and gentlemen are requested to wear a collared shirt. The next enclosure is the Grandstand & Paddock (£12) and the Course Enclosure (£5) is located in the middle of the racecourse and popular with families. All accompanied under 18’s are admitted free. The racecourse is also available on non-racedays to hire for private or public events, including meetings, conferences, exhibitions, weddings and parties. By CarFrom the M62 - Take Junction 37 and follow A614/A163 signed to Market Weighton. Follow the A1079/A1035 to the Racecourse. From York - Take the A1079/A1035 via Market Weighton to the Racecourse. From Hull and Lincolnshire - Join the A1079 and turn right at the Roundabout onto the A1035. There is ample free car parking at the racecourse. By TrainBeverley is located on the Hull to Scarborough line which enjoys frequent direct rail services from all over the country. A train service from Hull to Beverley runs approximately every 25 minutes. Local rail operators include Arriva Trains Northern, Hull Trains and GNER.
