Visitors looking for Pretoria accommodation with easy access to the stadium have the choice of being within walking distance, or a short taxi or bus ride away.

Located in the east of the city, there are two hotels with a very close proximity to the stadium, both of which are affordable and comfortable.

The best of the two is the 4-star Courtyard Arcadia Hotel, which is almost on the stadium’s doorstep, and is also minutes from shopping centres, cinema complexes, and highly acclaimed restaurants

The other is the 3-star Sentinel Executive Apartment, which is almost as close to the stadium, and is set in a beautiful garden.

For those with a big budget who don’t being a little way from the stadium, one of the best hotels in Pretoria is the 5-star Sheraton Pretoria, which is about 1.5 miles west of the stadium. This hotel would be good for couples looking to indulge in the city’s cultural offerings, being just 200 metres from the Pretoria Art Museum.

Also located 1.5 miles west of the stadium, the 3-star Arcadia Hotel has received good guest reviews, and is described in one as being “value for money”.

Families on a budget may want to consider the 4-star Uluvi House, a modern boutique hotel on top of a mountain overlooking a river in the suburbs of Pretoria, nearly 5 miles east of the stadium. Children aged four and under can stay free in the room with parents in existing bedding, while children aged 5-12 receive a 50 per cent reduction when sharing with an adult.
