Costs

The affiliate program is free to join and there are no running costs.

Tracking and Reporting

Our tracking system provides a fully transparent mechanism for affiliates to track clicks and ensure that they are being properly creditted with sales. Affiliates can login to check sales and earnings at any time.

Commission and Cookies

Affiliates earn 80% of the total commission - this is equivalent to 5% of the total booking value. We set a 365 day cookie so affiliates still receive commission when the customer books up to one year after their last visit.

Payments

Payments are made once a month in British Pounds subject to a minimum payment threshold of £50. Where the threshold is not reached, payment rolls over to the next month. Payment is made via Paypal or bank transfer.

VAT registered affiliates receive self-billing invoices, non-VAT registered affiliates must send us an invoice. Commission is payable 45 days after a customer checks out of the hotel.
